The ACT is a multiple choice standardized test which is designed to measure the student's academic achievement in high school. It doesn't measure the student's intelligence! Students can increase their ACT score by preparing for the test in just 8 weeks!
We offer two options for ACT Test Prep:
1. Private Tutoring Appointments: Work one-on-one with a private tutor who creates a personalized plan, targets the student's weak areas, and keeps the student on track.
2. ACT Online/Asynchronous Prep Course: Students study at their own pace with an adaptive online course that adjusts to their strengths and weaknesses, covers all sections of the ACT, and provides regular practice to build confidence.
Both options can be effective, but it's about choosing the option that works best for your student!
Please note: Regardless of the path you choose—private tutoring or the online adaptive course—students must put in the time, effort, and focus to see results. Motivation and consistent practice are key to improving your ACT score.

The ACT is a college entrance exam that assesses students in core academic areas. The test includes three required sections: English, Math, and Reading. There are two optional sections—Science and Writing—that students may choose to take for additional reporting.
As of April 2025, the ACT is transitioning to a new Enhanced ACT format. This updated version features fewer questions, more time per question, and a shorter overall test length to reduce fatigue and improve focus.
The required portion of the test takes approximately 2 hours, with additional time if students choose to take the optional sections.
Key Changes in the Enhanced ACT:
Starting in April 2025, students in the U.S. can take the ACT online in the Enhanced format. The paper-and-pencil version will be updated to the Enhanced ACT beginning September 2025.
Be sure to select your preferred test format when registering. You can make changes to your format choice up until the late registration deadline, but additional fees may apply. Changes cannot be made on test day.
