Jamie values the time her employees give to helping her students be successful. She understands that they have jobs, family, friends and commitments. Therefore, clients are held to a strict 24 hour cancellation & rescheduling policy.
Jamie reserves the right to modify client appointments by changing tutors, times, and dates, if deemed necessary, when scheduling conflicts arise with her staff.
