Jamie Dickenson, MBA Certified Educational Planner I am the only Certified Educational Planner in the state of West Virginia. As a CEP, I am dedicated in providing the highest quality of educational consulting services. Born and raised in Logan County, WV, I continued my education in Huntington. As a graduate from Marshall University, I achieved my studies and received a MBA in 1987. From there, I began my career in the mining industry as and accountant. Soon after, I decided to develop my own business to incorporate my personal experiences in higher education and school assessments.

Debbie Starks Educational Planner Assistant After retiring from the banking industry with 35 years of Banking  and Financial Aid experience, I joined Jamie Dickenson in 2005.  I grew up in Teays Valley, WV, and attended Hurricane High School. After graduation, I completed courses relevant to my Banking career through American Institute of Bankers at WV State College. I currently live in Charleston with my husband Mike. We have two wonderful daughters, and sons-in-law and Corey, the cutest little grandson in the world.
